Clank builds your website, sets up your business email and .co.za, then looks after it. Plans have one monthly price; Custom jobs get an exact quote first. Here’s exactly what happens. No mystery, no jargon, no surprise invoices.

Seven steps. No surprises.
Step 2: We confirm the details
We come back to you to confirm the plan, the domain and the exact price. Going Custom, moving an existing site or email, or bringing your own domain? This is where we do a short review and send an exact quote.
Step 3: You say yes
Happy with it? You accept and pay the first payment: setup + month one on a plan, or what your Custom quote says. Not happy? No harm done.
Step 4: You send us your stuff
Your logo, photos, what you do, prices, contact details, opening hours. We tell you exactly what we need.
Step 5: We build. You check.
We build your site, register your domain and set up your email. You have a look and send your changes in one go. Launch gets one revision round; Business and Business Plus get two; Custom gets what’s agreed in your quote.
Step 6: Go live
Your site goes live on your domain, and your business email is ready to use. Sorted.
Step 7: We look after it
Every month we check your site’s healthy. On Business and Business Plus, send us a batch of updates once a quarter. On Custom, your care is agreed in your quote. Your .co.za renewal? Handled while your plan’s active.
Going Custom? Same seven steps, with one extra stop at step 02: we do a short review of what you need (pages, shop, bookings, logins, mailboxes, anything we’re moving across), then send an exact quote for the build and the monthly care. Your first payment, term, revision rounds and care are whatever that quote says. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Part 01
The website.
Clank builds a website of up to 1, 5 or 8 pages depending on your plan, or more on Custom, with extras like a shop, bookings or logins. It says what you do, shows people how to reach you and is made to work on phones.
While we build, you get revision rounds: 1 on Launch, 2 on Business and Business Plus. You send all your changes in one go, and we make them.
Parts 02 & 03
Email and your .co.za.
Every plan includes a new standard .co.za, registered in your name. You own it. Clank manages it and pays the ordinary .co.za renewal while your plan is active.
Your business email lives on that domain: 1 mailbox on Launch, 3 on Business, 5 on Business Plus, and 6 or more on Custom. So it’s you@yourbusiness.co.za, not a free webmail address.
Already have a domain, or email you want to keep? We can move it across. Want a different ending? Same deal: short review, exact quote.
Part 04
The care. After the confetti.
Every plan includes a monthly website health check, so problems get spotted instead of sitting there quietly.
On Business and Business Plus, you also get one grouped content update a quarter: collect your changes (new prices, photos, hours), send them in one batch, and we make them. On Launch, we quote for changes first.
Part 05 · Optional
Getting found.
Want more people finding you? Clank can add SEO, AEO and GEO (so Google and AI assistants understand and show your business), Google Ads, your Google Business Profile and Facebook and Instagram ads.
Each add-on is quoted for your business, and you don’t need a Clank website to get one. For ads, your ad budget is separate and you decide it.
