Every Clank website plan includes a monthly website health check. Business and Business Plus also include one grouped content update per quarter. Work outside the plan is quoted before it starts.
For Clank websites
Care is built into the plan.
The monthly health check is there so obvious website problems are noticed instead of sitting quietly. Your exact care arrangement follows the website and plan supplied to you.
Business and Business Plus include one grouped content update per quarter. Collect changes such as new prices, photos or hours and send them as one batch. Launch does not include content changes after launch; we quote those first.
Existing website?
First we look under the bonnet.
Maintenance for a website Clank did not build is quoted after a short review. We need to understand the platform, hosting, access, updates, backups, forms and any existing faults before promising a care scope.
We will not ask you to paste passwords into the public enquiry form. Use it to describe the site; secure access comes later if the work proceeds.
Useful maintenance questions
Ask these before choosing anyone.
- What is checked, how often, and what evidence do I receive?
- Are backups included, where are they stored, and has restore been tested?
- Which content changes are included and what is quoted separately?
- Who owns the domain, hosting account and website content?
- What happens if an update breaks the site?
